USING Microsoft Office Document Scanning

Please follow the following steps to create one button scanning module using Microsoft Office Document Scanning:

1. Select Microsoft Office Document Scanning from the START, PROGRAMS, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS menu.

2. Check the prompt for Additional Pages option.

3. Select the scanner. If you can try to operate your scanner without the TWAIN interface.

4. Back to the main page, select to Edit the Black and White template.

 

5. Cancel the OCR option in the Processing tab.

 

6. Select the Output tab and define your destination folder and the file name format.

 

7. Select the Page tab and define the page size.

 

8. Select the General tab. You may continue to Advance and increase the scanning resolution only if you have a very small font size. If not, just create a shortct and you are ready to go.
